If an item does not meet your expectations or does not fit as expected, you may return it within the legally permitted withdrawal period. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.

Traditional exchanges are only available in-store.

What to know before returning an item?

  1. Items may be returned within 14 days after receiving your order.
  2. Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered.
  3. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, be in the same condition as received, be returned in the original packaging
  4. Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  5. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  6. Original shipping costs are refunded only for the standard delivery option. Additional costs resulting from premium or express shipping are
    not refundable. For orders shipped outside the European Union, shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
  7. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
    - sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed
    - personalized or custom-made products
    - digital content once the download or use has begun
